Here are the scores for me, Twist and Crazymike: Sindre - 56 (2nd round) Crazymike - 53 (1st round) TwistovF8 - 68 (1st ??) Fun round where me and mike were tied after 9 holes. I had a few bad drives while mike kept going strong the last 9. Good game guys. I can't wait for the next tournament ;D This site has given TW09 a totally blow of fresh air in my eyes Sindre

Glad I was able to get the rounds in. Only TW09 I've been able to shoot since last weeks tourney rounds. Tough getting time to play these days. Mike shot his usual "top-of-the-standings" rounds, but Sindre gave him a real challenge in the 1st round. Great to have Sindre joining the DGA. Velkommen Sindre. JEG glede seg til konkurrerende med du atter! Verifying: CrazyMike- 53 (1st round) Twistovf8- 68 (1st round) Sindre- 56 (second round) CrazyMike- 55 (2nd round) Twistovf8- 60 (2nd round)

Sorry I missed you Wally. I didn't free up until after 8. I found Ian in the chat room and played at 9PM.
kkrambo 59 ian1983nc 67 (NC practice)
Ian you made a lot of great puts for NC. Those greens are have enough slope to be really hard in NC with fast greens.

Astralgoa: 64 Giacomo: 55 Wallywhacker: 36 (#12) disconnected ClaudeRuff: 57 (1st Rd)
Wally got disconnected after #12, but was looking at a birdie on 13. I had a couple of shots I wanted back, out of bounds on #9 and Astralgoa played well on the front nine. Giacomo was consistent and came home a winner in this round.
Astralgoa: 71 Giacomo: 54 Wallywhacker: 53 ClaudeRuff: 53 (2nd)
This was a great battle. #6 saw Astralgoa and Giacomo both get double bogys, much like Wallywhacker in the first round. Giacomo made up for it with two hole-in-ones. Wallywhacker played great, but I finished eagle, eagle to pull out the tie.
Great games guys, thanks so much. Wally, I hope you got your back nine in. Take care.

after a long hard day trying to get a game, i remembered why i play here. 2 and 1/2 great matches with giacomo ,claude ,and astral. Thanks again chris for spotting me on the back nine. The first game was a great match on the front all within 2 strokes of eachother. after an eagle on 11 and a chip n bird on 12. i took the 2 stroke ad going into 13 where i proceded to knock it in for eagle followed by a freeze and a disc.(gia or claude did u witness that. astral did not and said it had DNF on the card.) i would love to get my extra shot i did make it. i took a loss on the leaderboard and by the looks of claudes rank gia won the match, cause he dropped almost as bad as me. the second match was a great nail bitter the whole way. with 12 eagles 2 holes in 1's(gia)and2 of the eagle were back to back down the stretch by claude . after claude eagled 17 i had a 2 stroke ad heading to 18 over both of them. i was standing over my 14 footer on 18 saying dang i gotta make this slippery hooker.About that time here comes claudes ball with a 2 hop roll and i knew it was in.(nice shotand save)i then putted mine a hair firm right through the hole to the back lip for a par and the tie. gia made birdie to finish dn 1. great game all. once again my unlucky fate for this tourney lies in your guys hands. round 1 astral=30-?(12-thru12on back) giaco=28-?(10-thru 12 on back) wally=28-28=56 with the eagle 13th(10thru 13 on back)57 if i get burned the eagle. claude=29?(10-thru 12 on back) Back nine make up astral=38 wally= 3-4-4-3-3-4-3-4-4=32 round 2 astral=38-33=71 giaco=27-27=54 wally=25-28=53 claude=27-26=53 gg guys thanks astral for helping me out. see u around. PS i made the eagle on 13 ;D

I didn't see the eagle Wally, but that was a strange disconnect, you marker stayed on the green. I don' t have a problem taking off that stroke, but you will probably need to talk to the higher ups. Again... no problem on my end, if you said you made it, you made it. Great games.

Here are the results of last night's Tournament 4 rounds: 1. The round of 10 PM Eastern: - AstralGoa: 30-34=64 (round 1) - Giacomo: 28-27=55 (round 1) - WallyWhacker: 28 for the front 9, 8 for holes 10 to 12 (3-3-2), disconnected during hole 13, 21 for holes 13 to 18 (3-3-4-3-4-4) when Wally and I played the back 9 after the round of 11 PM Eastern, for a total of 57 (round 1). However, as indicated in Wally's post, it should be 56 because he had an eagle 2 on hole 13 (instead of the birdie 3 when we played the back 9 later) just before he lost connection. Unfortunately, I did not see that, I only saw "wallywhacker was disconnected" during hole 13 and "DNF" for him on the scorecard at the end of hole 13). - ClaudeRuff: 29-28=57 This 10 PM round was pretty competitive: - after 9 holes, we were all within 2 shots (28 for Giacomo and WallyWhacker, 29 for ClaudeRuff and 30 for me) .. even me, I was even competing with the big guys - after 12 holes, it was still close but Wally was clearly pulling ahead and I was clearly letting the big guys go out of my sight (36 for WhallyWhacker, 38 for Giacomo, 39 for ClaudeRuff and 42 for me). It's really unfortunate that Wally lost connection. - the last 6 holes were really competitive between Giacomo and ClaudeRuff, but not for me. I wish my back 9 had been as good as my front 9 - there were a total of 6 eagles in this round: 3 for Giacomo, 2 for WallyWhacker and 1 for ClaudeRuff. 2. The round of 11 PM Eastern: - AstralGoa: 38-33 = 71 - Giacomo: 27-27=54 - WallyWhacker: 25-28=53 - ClaudeRuff: 27-26=53 This 11 PM round was even more competitive than the 10 PM one, but only for the 3 big guys, I was clearly out of my league in this one (I had 3 double bogeys and 1 bogey). There were a total of 14 eagles in this round: 5 for ClaudeRuff, 4 for Giacomo (including 2 holes in ones), 4 for WallyWhacker and 1 for me. Pretty amazing guys !! Cya around on the links.

I confirm last night's scores with Astral, Wally and Claude. Wally was on fire in the first round and probably would have been in the 54-55 range if he could have finished at that time. I can't imagine how frustrating the dc must have been! As for the eagle on 13- Wally was probably 12-15 feet from the pin in an area where there wasn't that much break. I think he two-putted the first green, and then one-putted (when he wasn't holing out!) the rest of the way. I sank my eagle from further away than Wally was with no difficulty. First, if Wally says he sank it, I have no doubt that he did, regardless. But given the position on the green and Wally's skill level, I can't imagine how he would miss the putt. I vote that we count the eagle.
